Hey guys
We always wanted to do a vegan/fruit/ice cream bowl and finally here it is!
We both mixed the main ingredients separately and added the toppings together. Surprisingly we both chose the same or similar ingredients even tough we didn't talk about what we wanted to put in the bowl. :)
SAMIRA'S BOWL
INGREDIENTS:
-frozen berries
-2 frozen bananas
-2 small frozen peaches
-natural protein powder
-chia seeds
TOPPINGS:
-dried figs
-berries
-chia pudding with coconut milk
-coconut flakes
-quionoa puffs
-allmonds
LYNN'S BOWL
INGREDIENTS:
-1,5 frozen bananas
-150g frozen blueberries
-fresh strawberries
-1 peach
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
TOPPINGS:
-chia seeds
-banana
-peach
-blueberries
-cashew nuts
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) if you want the bowl to be cold and similar to an ice cream you can chop the fruits and freeze them for about 3 hours or overnight. Otherwise you can just wash and chop the fruits.
2) Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
3) Mix!
4) Put the mixture in a fancy bowl and decorate it with the toppings.
5) Enjoy :)
